Do you know those things that you just have to do? No matter what happens? Even if you are sick, you just can't help but find yourself immersed into your favorite activity. Mine is reading. It's hard to find a day in which I'm not reading. I just HAVE to read. I love to acquire new knowledge or get lost in a great story. It calms me.
It's meaningful to you
If you just have to do something, its probably meaningful to you. This speaks for itself, but have you really thought about what it means? It's important to you, it can guide you through your life and will provide you with a sense of purpose. You may or may not be aware of this, but you shouldn't forget. Sometimes I forget and feel lost.
If you feel lost
Think of your favorite activity when you are feeling lost, stuck or sad. It will help you get back on track. Because in these times we tend to forget what life is all about.
